Getting Real Estate in Regina
When my husband and I decided to buy our first home, we decided that Regina was the area we wanted to look in. I contacted my real estate agent and he immediately started to make a list of the current real estate regina. Our real estate agent took his time to pick out the very best properties that he could find. It was very important that we had a large fenced in lot. We also wanted a home that had at least five bedrooms and three bathrooms. My husband wanted a den and a three car garage. I wanted a fireplace in the family room and a fireplace in the master bedroom. The master bathroom had to have a separate shower and tub. We also wanted separate walk in closets. It was a lot of stuff to ask for our first home, but it was important to us. Our real estate agent did a great job finding our perfect home.
